We have all been there! Every single Cammodel you see, has been in your position at some point in their career; just starting out for their first time as an adult cammodel. It can be scary, nerve-racking and exciting all at once. There is so many questions, and no one to answer them!
Without any experience or prior knowledge about how adult entertainment or cammodeling works, New Models are left without any basic training as they begin their careers, causing the new model to struggle, lose confidence, and ultimately quit camming altogether. All the potential to make a high income was lost simply due to a lack of guidance.
Models who have had training and support have a superior advantage over models who have not. This is why Magic Models was created: so that models could have the guidance, support, and training they need to become a top model!
Below, I have listed a few basic tips that will help you maximize your earning potential while streaming online. Every model has a different style when performing, but if you follow these basic guidelines below, you'll be on your way to becoming a top model!
External webcams are key for making money! Logitech brands are highly recommended, 310hd and up. Majority of models use The C920 or Brio. You can get one from Amazon or Walmart for from $29.00 and up.

Having good lighting is one of THE MOST important things to cammodel. You can never have too much lighting. Simple lights or a USB Selfie Ring will be fine to start with, but you will want to upgrade to better lighting as your audience grows. Don’t be afraid to talk! Models who are shy or want to type will make considerably less. Have some fun, let your inhibitions go, and most importantly be yourself!
Clients want what they aren't getting at home, so it’s up to us to give it to them! Models who can make up stories and role play will do really well
Speak Up!
Wear something cute and sexy but leave a little to the imagination. Clients will try to get as much as they can for free, but don’t let them trick you into taking anything off in open chat. A client won’t pay for it if he knows your giving it out for free. Pay always comes before reward.
When in doubt, a simple bra and panties, bikini, or white shirt and thong outfit are model go-to’s.
Dress to Impress
Take advantage of your new model status! You are put in two places on the site giving you double the traffic for the first 30 days after your profile is approved. Don’t waste any time getting started, building up favorites during this period is recommended so you gain some regulars early on.
You only receive this opportunity ONCE, and is extremely important that you use it! Models who do not take advantage of this generally have a harder time gaining an audience after the new model status is passed. If possible, spend as much time as you can streaming during this temporary boost in visibility, as this can greatly increase and impact your future camming career!

It may seem small and simple, but it makes a difference. Its our job to be refreshing and a fastansy-made-real. As cammodels, we are a luxury, and a dream that takes away from clients stressful lives. This is the essence of what we do!

Don’t become discouraged if it's slow online! A lot of models get on once or twice at a bad time or during a slow period. Traffic fluctuates but the best times to be on are 8am-12pm and 8pm-1am. If your having a bad day don’t let it ruin your chance at making tons of money.

Edit your profile information if you haven’t already. Pictures aren't necessary but members like it when a little bit of your personality shines through while they are reading your profile. If we've completed a generic one for you then edit it yourself.

Work in a bedroom if you can, it makes the experience more intimate. Don’t be afraid to get creative and try different types of shows (i.e. Yoga shows, Shower Shows, Foot fetish shows, Voyeur Shows)
